The company
Covenant Commercial Construction is a commercial general contractor founded in 2022 and based at 8200 Chad Colley Blvd, Fort Smith, AR 72916. We build for government and public owners, healthcare, education, industrial, retail and hospitality, banking, and franchise clients through general contracting, design-build, preconstruction, construction management, and tenant improvements.
The people
You would work with Justin Green, President; Eric Stipins, General Manager; W. Michael Martin, Project Manager; and Cathy Moser, Controller. Decisions happen down the hall, and the owner walks the sites.
The standard
Tell the owner the truth, price the job honestly, run the schedule like a promise, and finish the details nobody inspects. That is the job, on every site, for everyone who works here.
