Eric Stipins began construction in 1989 as a laborer and worked his way up the ladder one trade at a time: carpenter, superintendent, field superintendent, and now general manager.

That path matters. A general manager who has swung the hammer, framed the walls, and run the field knows what a schedule actually costs and what a crew actually needs. Nothing on a Covenant site is theoretical to Eric.

As General Manager, Eric runs [day-to-day operations across Covenant's projects: crews, schedules, and field coordination].
