Decades of River Valley builds, one company.
Covenant was formed in 2022 by Justin Green, who had spent more than two decades building homes, neighborhoods, and commercial projects across the River Valley. He went looking for experienced, passionate people dedicated to construction, and assembled a team on decades of prior work and shared values to serve the Arkansas River Valley region.
The standard is simple to say and hard to fake: tell the owner the truth, price the job honestly, run the schedule like a promise, and finish the details nobody inspects. Covenant holds every trade on every site to it. That is why the same owners, architects, and subs keep coming back.

Building in the River Valley since 1998. Founder of Justin Green Custom Homes, past Vice-President and President of the Greater Fort Smith Association of Home Builders, with residential development, multi-family, and commercial work behind him.

Covenant Commercial Construction is a commercial general contractor founded in 2022 by Justin Green and based at 8200 Chad Colley Blvd, Fort Smith, AR 72916. The company serves the Arkansas River Valley, Northwest Arkansas, and Eastern Oklahoma. Covenant delivers projects through general contracting, design-build, preconstruction, construction management, and tenant improvements, and builds for government and public, healthcare, education, industrial, retail and hospitality, banking, and franchise clients. Capacity and accountability
Covenant carries general liability at $1M per occurrence and $2M aggregate, a $5M umbrella, $1M automobile coverage, and statutory workers' compensation with $1M employer's liability, through Employers Mutual Casualty. Performance and payment bonding is documented through Cincinnati Insurance Companies, with capacity available on request. Certificates and direct introductions are available with any submission.
