Justin Green started building custom homes in 1998. He has served as the Vice-President and President of the Greater Fort Smith Association of Home Builders. He has also been supervising contractor on multiple GFSAHB Showcase Homes.
And the work kept widening. Three residential developments taught him how raw land becomes a neighborhood. Multi-family projects taught him how a building pencils for the owner who keeps it. Commercial construction brought it all together: schedule, budget, and a structure that has to perform for decades.
Covenant is where that experience lands. When Justin walks a site today, he has stood in the owner's seat, the developer's seat, and the builder's seat.
