A Strategic Development

Sustainable growth.

Jacques Adams leads strategic development for Covenant and its sister company, Justin Green Custom Homes. His job is to find areas where there could be improvement, develop them, put them to work, and measure what they return.

His entire professional experience has been in construction. Still early in his career, he started out on the business side of building. In new home sales he managed the full contract lifecycle on a portfolio of over $5 million, serving as the point of contact between lenders, construction teams, vendors, and clients. Before that, he worked on the supply company side in estimating and purchasing: he ran purchase orders end to end, held vendors to lead times and pricing, and kept the documentation audit ready.

Now, at Justin Green Custom Homes and Covenant, that background shows up in systems: the websites, the reporting, the processes, and the marketing that puts the team's work in front of the owners and buyers who need it. He studied finance at the University of Arkansas Fort Smith, where he founded and led the Financial Traders Club.

The team that builds it, and the systems that back it.
