A What We Deliver
Your prototype, our ground.
Franchise construction rewards discipline: the brand book is non-negotiable, the opening date is public, and the building has to match the one two states away.
Covenant adapts national prototypes to local sites across Fort Smith, the Arkansas River Valley, Northwest Arkansas, and Eastern Oklahoma. We coordinate with your franchise consultant and architect, price the site-specific scope honestly, and run the schedule so your crew is training in the building when the sign goes up.
- Ground-up QSR, retail, and service franchise buildings
- Prototype adaptation to site, code, and climate
- Brand-standard finishes, fixtures, and signage coordination
- Multi-site rollouts under one accountable relationship

C Questions
What franchise teams ask first.
Have you delivered brand-prototype buildings before?
[Named franchise and prototype projects the team has delivered, with brands, cities, and years]
Can you handle a multi-site rollout?
Yes. One relationship, one standard, repeated across sites in the River Valley, Northwest Arkansas, and Eastern Oklahoma. Rollouts reward a contractor who already knows the region's subs and permitting offices.
How early should we involve you?
Before the site is final. Local knowledge is cheapest at site selection: utilities, drainage, access, and permitting timelines vary block to block, and they all hit the budget.
Bringing a brand to the River Valley?
Send the prototype and the target market. We'll come back with straight answers on cost and schedule.
